Terms and Conditions

By using our service, you will accept all the below terms and conditions.

1. 24 hours notice is required to cancel a lesson, otherwise the full hourly fee will be charged.
2. We reserve the right to refuse the use of the driving academy vehicle for a driving test, if we feel you are not safe or ready to take the test.
3. Test fees are an additional cost and not included in the hire of the driving academy vehicle for the day of the test.
4. The driving academy has a “Refund Policy Statement”, please ask for details.
5. We cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle.
   Due to strict lesson timings, make sure you have the lesson fee before the lesson commences.
6. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid license before the commencement of your first driving lesson, if you fail to provide this proof, we are entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson but may still charge you for such driving lesson.
7. Your Instructor reserves the right to refuse to provide you with lesson tuition or to cancel any lessons you have agreed to or booked, without liability, if you fail to provide him/her with the Licence prior to your first lesson.
